These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the client services agreement.
These are the site terms, not the service contract
If you become a FirstReply client, the relationship is governed by a separate written services agreement that you sign — covering scope, fees, the guarantees, data ownership, liability and termination. Nothing on this page replaces, modifies or summarises that agreement, and nothing on this page is an offer to contract.
What this site is
A description of a service, its prices, and a form to request a free Lead Leak Audit. Prices shown are the current published prices for new clients and can change; the price that binds is the one in a signed agreement.
The audit request
Submitting the form asks us to perform a free assessment: we call the number you gave, submit your web form if you gave a website, time both responses, and email you the results. By submitting it you confirm that you are authorised to ask us to contact that business — in practice, that it is your business or you work for it.
The audit is free and creates no obligation on either side. We may decline to run one, and we may stop offering it.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit anyone else’s details, or a phone number you have no authority over.
- Do not use the forms to send unsolicited, abusive, or misleading content.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or probe this site for vulnerabilities without written permission. Security reports made in good faith are welcome — email us.
Claims and figures on this site
Statistics on this site are attributed to their published sources, linked next to each figure. They describe the market generally. They are not a prediction of what will happen to your business, and we do not present them as one.
Any guarantees described on the pricing section are summaries. The binding wording lives in the signed services agreement.
No warranty for the site itself
This website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The content, wording, design and code of this site belong to Sebanc&Co LLC. You may read, print and share it; you may not republish it as your own.
Law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and the courts of Tippecanoe County, Indiana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do.
