Privacy Policy

Effective 22 July 2026. Last updated 22 July 2026.

This policy covers this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect, and when

We collect information in exactly two situations: you fill in a form, or you load a page.

  • When you submit a form (the Lead Leak Audit request, or the live demo when it is running): your business name, your name, the phone number you asked us to test, your email address, your website address if you gave one, and the best time to reach you.
  • Automatically, at the moment you submit a form: your IP address, the date and time, the exact page address the form was on, your browser’s user-agent string, and the exact wording of the consent disclosure that was displayed to you, together with its version number.
  • When you load a page: nothing that identifies you. See "Analytics" below.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, session recording, fingerprinting, or third-party advertising networks. This site sets no cookies at all.

Why we collect it

  • The form fields exist so we can actually perform the thing you asked for: call your line, submit your form, time both responses, and email you the result.
  • The IP address, timestamp, page address and disclosure text exist because federal telephone law (the TCPA) requires a business that contacts you by phone or text to be able to prove you asked it to. That record protects you as much as it protects us: it is the thing that makes an unwanted message traceable and accountable.

The consent record

When you submit a form that includes a phone number, we store a consent record containing the timestamp, your IP address, the form’s web address, the phone number and email you gave, and the exact disclosure text that was on screen at that moment, along with a version identifier. The version live as of this policy’s effective date is:

v2-2026-07-26

By submitting this form, you agree that Sebanc&Co LLC may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email at the number and address provided — including through automated technology — regarding your request and related services. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy: https://firstreply.sebancco.com/privacy.

We never edit a stored consent record. If the disclosure wording changes, the new wording is stored under a new version number and old records keep the wording that was actually shown at the time.

How long we keep it

  • Consent records: at least four years, and in practice five. The statute of limitations for a TCPA claim is four years, so a shorter retention period would destroy the evidence that a claim would turn on. This is one of the few places where keeping data longer is the pro-consumer choice.
  • Lead details (your name, business, website, best time to reach you): kept while you are a prospect or a client, and deleted on request — see below.
  • Analytics counts: kept indefinitely, because they contain nothing about any individual.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process data strictly on our instructions:

  • Twilio — delivers text messages and handles phone calls. Sees the phone number and message contents.
  • Resend — delivers email. Sees the email address and message contents.
  • Railway — runs the server and stores the database.

We will also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it. If that ever happens and we are permitted to tell you, we will.

Analytics

We count things like "somebody submitted the audit form" and "somebody tapped the demo number". Those counts are stored on our own server as a name and a timestamp. No IP address, no cookie, no identifier of any kind is stored with them, which means they cannot be traced back to a person — including by us. We do this because a site nobody measures is a site nobody can improve.

If we ever add a third-party analytics provider, it will be a privacy-respecting, cookieless one, and this section will name it before it goes live.

Text messages

Everything about message frequency, rates, and how to stop messages is on the SMS Terms page. The short version: reply STOP to any message and everything stops immediately and permanently.

Getting your data, or getting rid of it

Email [email protected] and ask. We will send you a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it, within 30 days.

One honest limit: we cannot delete a consent record or an opt-out record on request. Those are the legal records showing that you gave permission, or withdrew it, and deleting them would leave us unable to prove we honoured your choice. Everything else goes.

Children

This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top changes and the previous version is kept on file. Consent disclosure wording is versioned separately, as described above.
