For service businesses

Your next customer just called.
Nobody answered.

62% of calls to service businesses go unanswered, and 85% of those callers never call back. They call your competitor. You're not short on leads. You're leaking them.

See it work live.

Demo line: opening shortly

Our own line is still in carrier registration.

A number here that rang and then did nothing would be the wrong first impression from a business whose whole promise is answering. It goes up the day it works.

There is a better demo in the meantime, and it is about your business rather than ours: we call your line and fill in your form the way a customer would, time both, and send you the numbers.

How it works

1. Capture

A lead calls and you miss it, or they fill out a form on your site.

2. Qualify

We instantly text them back, answering basic questions and gathering details based on your rules.

3. You Close

You get a notification with a warm, qualified lead ready to book.

Pricing

The price is on the page

What you're covered by

  • A two-week pilot proves it with your own numbers
  • Month-to-month, cancel anytime
  • Your phone number never ports
  • If we do not respond to your leads in under 60 seconds during the pilot, the setup fee comes back

One booked job covers it — or the month’s free.

You’re good at the work. You’re just busy doing it — on a roof, under a sink, mid-job — when the next customer calls. And a missed call isn’t a missed call. It’s a customer already dialing your competitor. FirstReply runs on one boring fact: the first to reply wins the job. It answers in the ten seconds you don’t have, so being busy stops costing you.

Straight answers

Does my phone number change?
No. It never ports and we never touch it. Setup is a conditional-forwarding code you dial from your own phone, so calls you miss roll to us and calls you answer are just calls you answered. If you ever want out, you dial a deactivation code and your phone behaves exactly as it did before. That is the whole exit.
Am I locked in?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime, no termination fee. Cancel by email and forwarding comes off within two business days.
Will it say something stupid to my customers?
You approve every message before it sends for the first two weeks. After that it runs on the templates you signed off on, and you can read every message that went out at any time. It never invents an offer, a discount, or a price.
Does it replace my front desk?
No. It works the back office only: catch the lead, ask your questions, hand it to a human. Your people close. That is deliberate, not a limitation.
What if it doesn’t make me money?
Two things in writing. During the two-week pilot, if we do not respond to your leads in under 60 seconds, the setup fee comes back in full. After that, if a full paid month ever goes by without a single booked job out of it, that month is free.
Is texting my callers legal?
They called you. Replying to somebody’s own inbound enquiry is ordinary business texting, and it is the strongest consent position there is. Every message says who it is from, every message carries an opt-out, one STOP silences everything permanently, and the consent record is logged and kept for years. We do not text purchased lists, old customer databases, or anyone who did not contact you first — not as a policy, but because the system has no way to do it.
What happens after hours?
The lead is captured and answered right away so nobody sits in silence overnight, and everything that came in lands in one digest at 7am. Full after-hours answering is a separate tier that is not open yet.

Stop leaking leads this week.

This is not a download. Jaxson calls your line the way a customer would, fills in your own web form, times how long each one takes to get an answer, and sends you the numbers — good or bad. One business day, no charge, no obligation.

The number a customer would call.

Optional. If you have a contact form, we time that too.
